How to use it

Open NOVA Phone and search for a number in the area code you want.

Claim the number — this is included on paid plans, so you will be asked to upgrade first if you are on Free.

Write the greeting your callers should hear, in your own words, including your business name.

Set the persona: what it should know, what it should never promise, and when it should take a message.

Add a transfer number if you want live calls to reach a human under certain conditions.

Call your own number and listen. Adjust the greeting or persona until it sounds like your business.

Review Recent Calls for transcripts, caller details and what each call was about.
