Terms of Service — IntraAgents

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@intraagents.ai.

IntraAgents provides an AI-powered platform that lets you generate content and build applications and workflows using artificial intelligence. Features, limits, and availability may change as the Service evolves. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Parts of the Service may be offered on an early-access or beta basis and may contain bugs or change without notice. Such features are provided "as is", and we may limit or withdraw them.

Free trial and credits: we may offer trials or usage credits; details, limits, and expiry are shown at sign-up or in your account.

Paid plans: fees, billing cycles, and included usage are described at purchase; payments are processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Renewals and cancellation: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; you may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: all fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Changes to pricing: we may change prices with reasonable notice, effective on your next billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing purposes;
• generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates others' rights;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, security, authentication, or billing;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
• submit others' personal data, secrets, or confidential information without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your inputs: you retain ownership of the content you submit ("Inputs"), and grant us a license to process Inputs solely to provide the Service.

Outputs: subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by law; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

Responsibility for outputs: AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose; you are solely responsible for how you use them, and should not use them where errors could cause harm (e.g. legal, medical, or financial decisions) without independent verification.

The Service integrates third-party providers (including AI, payment, hosting, and integration services). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
