Terms of Service — IntraAgents

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using IntraAgents ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Pro and Studio include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the first paid charge — email support@intracov.ai to request a refund.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content so we can provide the Service. We never train our models on your private workspace content.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated content can be inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, submitting, or relying on them for any decision.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntraAgents's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
