The data controller responsible for your personal data is Intracov AI Studio / IntraAgents, based in the United States (Virginia). Contact: support@intraagents.ai.

Information you provide directly: account information (name, email, password credentials); content you submit (prompts, documents, and other generation inputs); payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers); communications you send us.

Information collected automatically: usage data (features used, generation requests, activity); device and technical data (IP address, browser type, similar identifiers); cookies and similar technologies.

Information generated by the Service: outputs created for you by our AI features, and metadata about those generations (such as counts used against plan limits).

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating outputs you request; create and manage your account and authenticate you; process payments, subscriptions, trials, and credits; enforce usage limits and prevent abuse or fraud; communicate about your account, updates, and support; improve and secure the Service; comply with legal obligations.

Performance of a contract (to provide the Service); legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and operate the Service); consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies or marketing); legal obligation (where we must retain or disclose data by law).

The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate outputs. When you submit content for generation, that content is transmitted to our AI provider(s) for processing. Our primary AI provider is Anthropic (the Claude API). Please do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, or confidential third-party information into generation inputs.

We share personal data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer, with notice where required.

IntraAgents is based in the United States and serves users worldwide. Your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data across borders — including from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions — we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR).

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

United States (California): under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell your personal information. Residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws may have similar rights.

European Economic Area / United Kingdom: under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the rights listed above and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Other regions: you may have similar rights under your local data-protection laws.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including row-level security on our database, access controls, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you.
