The platform

One assistant. A coordinated workforce. Your approval in front of every action.

IntraAgents is not a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. It is an operating layer for the organization: NOVA holds the context, specialized agents do the work, and nothing reaches the outside world until you say so.

How coordination actually happens

Four layers, in the order a request travels through them.

Step 1

NOVA holds the context

One assistant reads across your customers, conversations, calendar, money and documents. When you ask a question, the answer comes from your own records — not from a general model guessing at your business.

Step 2

Specialists do the work

NOVA does not try to be everything. It routes a request to the specialist whose capability matches it — research, grant writing, funding discovery, campaigns, inbox triage, spend reporting, the weekly operations brief, customer outreach.

Step 3

Work lands in a queue you own

A delegated task is created with its plan visible, then parked as awaiting approval. You see what it intends to do before it does it, and you can change or discard it.

Step 4

The gate is enforced on the server

The approval step is not a confirmation dialog in the browser. Actions that reach the outside world require a signed, single-use, expiring confirmation checked on the server, bound to the exact action and the user who approved it. A tampered, replayed, expired or cross-user confirmation is refused.

What always needs your approval

The line is drawn by consequence, not by convenience. If an action is visible outside your organization or commits you to something, it is gated.

Gated — you approve first

  • Sending anything outside your organization — email, text, a campaign
  • Sending a proposal for signature
  • Sending an invoice or a payment request
  • Publishing anything under your name
  • Committing you to a time, a price or a promise

Ungated — it just runs

  • Reading and summarizing your own records
  • Drafting — a document, an application, an email, an ad variation
  • Producing a report, a brief or an analysis
  • Creating a draft proposal, which is inert until it is sent

What the labels mean

Every capability on this site carries a status chip. This is what each one asks of you — the same definitions the product itself uses.

Tasks & Projects

What was decided becomes tracked work with an owner and a due date, so follow-through does not depend on who remembers it.

Live

Proposals & E-signature

Build a proposal, send it for signature, and keep the signed version frozen exactly as the client agreed to it. Sending is held until you approve it.

Live

Invoicing & Payment Links

Issue an invoice or a payment link and see what is outstanding. Card payments require connecting your own Stripe account first.

Live

Campaigns & Sequences

Build an audience from your own customer records, send an email campaign or a timed sequence, and see opens and clicks against real contacts.

Live

Meeting Notes

Upload or record a meeting and get a written transcript with the decisions and follow-ups pulled out, attached to the people it concerns.

Live

App Builder

Describe the internal tool you need in plain English and get a working application you can open the same day.

Live · Connection Required

Connected Accounts

Connect Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar once, and every capability that needs them works.

See it against your own organization

An executive demonstration is a working walkthrough with your context in front of you — not a slide deck.
