Refund & Cancellation Policy

All fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Paid plans renew automatically and, by subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

You can cancel at any time. Signed in, open Billing in your account and use the billing portal (payments are handled by Stripe), or contact us and we will help.

Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Trials and usage credits come with the details, limits and expiry shown at sign-up or in your account. Because fees are non-refundable, unused credits are not refunded unless the law requires it.
