Delete your Ask Imani / IntraAgents account

Delete it in the app

1. Sign in to the Ask Imani app or at www.intraagents.ai.
2. Open Settings → Delete account (at the bottom of Settings).
3. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE (or your account email), and confirm.

Deletion happens right away and you're signed out.

Can't sign in?

Email support@intraagents.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, sign-in, settings and preferences
• Chats with Imani, tasks, approvals, AI workers and their history
• Connected Google, email and social accounts — we revoke our access and delete the stored keys
• Contacts, pipelines, pages, forms, documents and uploaded files
• Phone receptionist lines (numbers are released), call records and Text Imani phone links
• Notification and device subscriptions

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records. Kept by us and our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Active subscriptions are cancelled first.
• Security and usage logs. Kept without your name, email, IP address or device details, to protect the service and prevent abuse.
• Email opt-out list. If you unsubscribed from our emails, your address stays on the do-not-email list so we keep honoring it.
• A deletion record. A one-way scrambled code and the date — no personal details — so we can confirm the deletion happened.
