Claim the number with Receptionist, Receptionist + Agents or Enterprise. Receptionist starts at $99/month; Pro does not include phone reception.

Write the greeting your callers should hear, in your own words, including your business name.

Set the persona: what it should know, what it should never promise, and when it should take a message.

Add a transfer number if you want live calls to reach a human under certain conditions.

Call your own number and listen. Adjust the greeting or persona until it sounds like your business.
