Connected Accounts
Connect Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar once, and every capability that needs them works.
The problem it solves
Half the useful features need to see your real email and calendar, and you do not want to re-authorise something every time you use it.
What it needs from you
An account you connect yourself, from Connected Accounts — Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar or your business number.
Where to find it
Connected Accounts, at /app/accounts once you are signed in.
How to use it
- 1
Open Connected Accounts and choose Gmail, Outlook or Google Calendar.
- 2
Complete the provider's consent screen — you are granting access to your own account, and you can revoke it there at any time.
- 3
Check that the account shows as connected; add more than one if you run separate work and personal mailboxes.
- 4
Reconnect when a card asks you to — providers expire access periodically and the card will say so plainly.
- 5
Return to Inbox, Conversations or NOVA Live; they now read the account you just connected.
Try it yourself
